When we started Reciprocal, the domain we really wanted wasn't available to us. That's changed, and reciprocalpayments.com is now ours.
Moving from a .cc to a .com address gives us a domain that's instantly recognised and trusted around the world, reflecting the international nature of what we do.
To protect our brand and prevent impersonators trying to use it, we continue to own the reciprocal.cc domain. That means if you send an email to one of our older .cc inboxes, we will still receive it. You will simply notice reciprocalpayments.com appearing on our emails.
This is simply about making clients aware of the change. Your account, your contacts and the service you receive stay exactly the same.
